Movement and stretching is vital to our overall physical and mental health. This is an article written by a personal trainer that I had the pleasure of attending her class on Tuesday in northern Michigan. Just a few simple movements of stretching 15-20 minutes a day can help tremendously and increases blood flow, remove toxins and makes sure your body is getting all the right nutrients to your muscles. I’m not a great stretcher but know it’s critical. However, when I’m in a hurry (pre sports) I love using a massage gun. Warms everything up in a jiffy!
